Managed IT

Managed IT for Tampa Bay Businesses.

Two per-user plans, Harbor and Storm Guard, that monitor, secure, and support every person and device on your team. 24/7 automated monitoring and a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) watch for threats; your staff reach us by phone or email for support.

What Are Managed IT Services?

Managed IT services (often just called managed services) means an outside company, called a managed service provider (MSP), takes ongoing responsibility for your technology for a predictable monthly fee: keeping computers patched and monitored, protecting against threats, managing Microsoft 365, and giving your staff someone to call or email when something breaks. Dragon Bay IT provides managed IT services to small and mid-size businesses across Tampa Bay, billed per user, per month.

The Foundation Under Your AI.

AI can only be governed on accounts that are properly managed and secured. Our managed IT plans are that foundation, and Storm Guard adds Dragon Watch AI governance on top of it. How AI governance works

Every managed user is on Microsoft 365 Business Premium. It's our security standard, not an upsell: it's what makes identity protection, device management and policy enforcement possible.

Two Plans. No Surprise Invoices.

Both plans are billed per user, per month, with all-you-can-eat IT support your staff can call or email. Pick the level of protection you need, and we'll quote it to your team and your servers.

Common Questions.

How much do managed IT services cost?

Our managed IT plans, Harbor and Storm Guard, are billed per user, per month, with server management billed per server. Microsoft 365 licenses are at Microsoft's list price. Because every company's users, devices, and servers differ, we quote after an assessment rather than publishing a one-size price.

What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix IT support?

Break-fix IT means you call someone after something breaks and pay by the hour. Managed IT means a provider monitors, patches, and secures your systems continuously for a monthly fee, so many problems are caught before your team notices, and support is already included when something does go wrong.

Do you offer co-managed IT if we already have an IT person?

Yes. Co-managed IT supplements your internal IT person rather than replacing them. We can take on security monitoring, Microsoft 365, AI governance, projects, or industry software support, and leave the rest with your team.

Do you provide IT services in St. Petersburg and Clearwater?

Yes. Dragon Bay IT serves businesses across the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Largo, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Wesley Chapel, Plant City, and the surrounding areas of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. Most managed IT and AI work is handled remotely, and on-site work is scheduled in advance.
